Tracey Gundel, LCSW-R has 20 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. Her background includes senior psychotherapist positions to Clinical Director of a New York City mental health clinic. Though specializing in anxiety, depression and ADHD, Tracey’s extensive mental health experience gives her the know-how and dexterity to meet all your mental health needs.
In 2002 she received her Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University School of Social Work. She studied in Puerto Rico at The Pontifical Catholic University, both language and culture in relation to social work. Additionally she attained a Post Graduate Certificate from NYU.
Tracey Gundel’s training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training with the Beck Institute and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) trained at St. Mary’s Hospital. Her experience with meditation and mindfulness is from teachings and retreat with Buddhist Thich Naht Han.
