I’m Tracey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in New York City.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Social Work from NYU as well as multiple specialized training and additional academic certifications.
My background is in both community mental health and in private practice. I have been working with adults as well as children, though now I only see adults. My role has shifted but at all times I have practiced at least part time privately.
Eight years of my career has been providing treatment to the community of Jackson Heights, Queens. Famous for being one of NYC’s most diverse neighborhoods. It’s known as “Little India,” “Little Colombia,” and is a hub for Nepali/Tibetan culture. Also notable is a large LGBTQ+ community.
I enjoyed working in the Jackson Heights community as much as I have working in the professional midtown Manhattan community. I have significant experience with people from Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Church of Latter Day Saints, and Buddhist religions.

Here’s what to expect when starting therapy with me.
- Set up a fifteen minute phone consultation to ask questions and see if you are comfortable speaking with me.
- We plan a weekly session time.
- You receive a link to your client portal where you will complete intake forms and brief history. Add your payment information and insurance information if applicable.
- Your scheduled session is the same time every week. Session length is either 45 minutes or 55 minutes.
I look forward to working with you.
